Se o neg\u00f3cio n\u00e3o for concretizado por causa imput\u00e1vel ao cliente propriet\u00e1rio, \u00e9 igualmente devida a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 ag\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A Lei n.\u00ba 15\/2013 admite a possibilidade de poderem ser definidos intervalos de tempo para o pagamento de honor\u00e1rios, desde que aceite por ambas as partes e transcrito de forma clara no contrato de media\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao valor dos honor\u00e1rios, estes s\u00e3o definidos de forma livre entre a empresa e o cliente.
